Exchange and Return Policy

At SoLuv, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality jewellery to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise.

Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Therefore, please choose your items carefully.

Exchange Policy: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will happily offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email us at shopsoluv@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order or send us a direct message on Instagram. When you receive your order, please make an unboxing video to show as proof of damaged or incorrect delivery, and attach the same in your email or message. Without this video, we will not be able to accept any request for an exchange.

We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Note that exchanges are only offered for defective items or items that do not match your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests.

Exchange Charges: We do not offer free exchanges. A total charge of INR 199 (which may vary depending on your location) is applicable and must be borne by the customer for all exchanges.

Exchange Policy for Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are unfortunately non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.
